Terms and Conditions (updated: December 4, 2012)

Motor City Limousine transportation services are operated by Motown Quality Auto, LLC.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: Changes and cancellations should be made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pick up time and would not result in any penalty. Any cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled pick up time are subject to a full fare. All reservations require separate cancellation. Any changes resulting in waiting are subject to waiting charge - $15.00 per 15 minutes. Other changes can be accommodated at the discretion of Motor City Limousine and with respective changes to the fare.
NO SHOW: If you fail to be at the pickup location within 15 minutes of scheduled pickup time, you are subject to a penalty in the amount of the full fare or a minimum of USD 40.00.
PRICES: Motor City Limousine reserves the right to change rates and fare at any time. Waiting Charge — $15.00 per 15 minutes unless another rate has been provided. Stopover Charge — $10.00 for a maximum 15 minute stopover. Stopovers are considered stops along the booked route. Deviations from the route will result in additional fees or a change from flat rate to hourly rate.
AIRPORT PICKUP: There is a mandatory fee of $10.00 for any pickups at the Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). Curbside pickups are not permitted.
RIDES OUTSIDE OF METRO DETROIT: Rides that neither originate nor end in the Detroit Metro area are subject to a gasoline fee charged at $0.50 per every mile of distance between downtown Detroit and the pick-up point.
DISCOUNTS: Discounts are not cumulative. Highest relevant discount rate will be applied. Discounts are voided in case of late cancellation or no-show.
MISCELLANEOUS: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicles caused during the duration of the use by them or any members of their party. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted unless otherwise indicated in the vehicle. Neither Motown Quality Auto, LLC nor the driver are responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
